When your water supply becomes a daily frustration.

Low pressure?High EAC bills?Sudden temperaturechanges?Hidden leaks?Enough!

Does your shower feel weak, become far too hot when another cold-water tap is opened, or cost more electricity than expected? A sudden major leak can cause immediate damage, while a small dripping leak may remain unnoticed for a long time. And what about hygiene and Legionella?

Pressure, electricity costs, temperature and hygiene are connected parts of the same water supply.

Pressure

The shower never feels consistently comfortable.

EAC bills

Hot water may be heated longer than it is actually needed.

Temperature

Another tap can make the shower suddenly far too hot.

Hidden leaks

A sudden major leak can cause immediate damage. A small dripping leak may remain unnoticed for a long time.

Why these problems belong together

One water supply.
Several daily consequences.

Pressure, heating cost, sudden temperature changes and Legionella prevention affect everyday comfort and safety. Technical monitoring is a separate task: it checks whether the water system itself is working correctly.

Comfort becomes unpredictable.

Weak pressure and sudden temperature changes turn a simple shower into a daily irritation.

Energy use is hard to control.

Without a defined time window, water can be heated when no one actually needs it.

Legionella prevention needs a defined routine.

A scheduled hygiene cycle helps reduce the risk of Legionella growth in the warm-water system.

Technical faults need continuous monitoring.

Leaks, pump problems, a defective water heater, faulty temperature sensors or lost communication should trigger a clear warning—not remain unnoticed.

What should change

Your shower should feel predictable.
Your hot water should fit your life.

A better system should solve the everyday frustrations first—without asking you to manage more technology.

Example of a suitable shower pump

A calmer shower

Pressure that feels consistent.

A suitable controlled shower pump should provide comfortable pressure and help prevent disturbing temperature shifts when water is used elsewhere.

Pump shown for illustration. Shower pump not included.

Lower avoidable energy use

Hot water ready when you need it—not all day.

Set when the target temperature should be available. Automatic summer and winter time handling helps avoid unnecessary heating outside that window.

  • Target temperature within a chosen daily time window
  • Automatic summer / winter time adjustment
  • Short heating only as an optional convenience

Legionella prevention

A defined hygiene cycle.

A scheduled weekly high-temperature cycle can help reduce the risk of Legionella growth in the warm-water system.

Technical self-monitoring

Early leak warning. Continuous checks.

PHWC monitors leakage conditions, pump operation, water-heater response, temperature sensors and system communication. In normal operation it stays discreetly in the background.

The PHWC answer

How the PHWC system can help.

PHWC coordinates a suitable shower pump, water heating and a defined Legionella-prevention cycle. Separately, its continuous self-monitoring checks the technical condition of the water system and issues warnings when a defined fault occurs. It links the indoor touch unit and mobile phones with the roof installation—without new power cables or complex solar-battery workarounds for shower pumps.

No new power cablesDesigned to avoid running new power cables between the home and roof or installing a separate solar-battery supply for the shower pump
Continuous checksLeaks, pump operation, heater response, temperature sensors and communication are monitored for defined faults

Shower pump required—not included. The pump and any property-specific water or electrical work are selected and installed separately by qualified professionals.

Continuous technical self-monitoring

See that the water system is working. Receive a warning when it is not.

This is separate from the Legionella-prevention cycle. PHWC continuously evaluates defined conditions for leaks, pump operation, water-heater response, temperature sensors and system communication. Live status is available on the indoor unit and mobile phones.

Active on error: PHWC stays discreet during normal operation and draws attention to a defined technical fault when action may be required.

Frequently asked

The practical questions, answered.

Does PHWC include a shower pump?+

No. A suitable shower pump is required for the pressure function, but it is supplied and installed separately.

Are new power cables or a solar-battery system needed for the shower pump?+

PHWC is designed to avoid new power cables between the indoor unit and roof and complex solar-battery workarounds for the shower pump. Any property-specific water or electrical work is assessed by the installer.

Can PHWC control the existing heating installation?+

Yes. PHWC is designed to control the existing water heater through temperature targets, time windows and short heating cycles.

Does the system require WiFi?+

WiFi and Internet access support functions such as accurate time synchronisation. The indoor and roof units also use other documented communication methods.

What does PHWC monitor continuously?+

PHWC evaluates defined conditions for leakage, pump operation, water-heater response, temperature sensors and communication. If a defined fault is detected, the system provides a warning on the indoor unit and through the mobile connection.
